Head on over to Real Estate Politics and watch Brian Wilson of Zolve take on mega-producer Russell Shaw in the first “Great Debate”.

It’s all about varying aspects of Realtor.com. From two decidedly different points of view.

Interesting stuff.

And if you haven’t already done so, please vote in our poll to the right “Are Enhanced Listings” on Realtor.com worth the cost?”

    Jay,
You have a great blog here - thank you for the mention. If you or any of your readers feel strongly about an industry issue, please contact us at the blog and we may set up a “Lincoln-Douglas” style debate with another informed party equally passionate about the opposing point of view. We are trying our best to create a platform for balanced discussion of industry issues.

Not much has changed in the five years from when the JustSayNo2R.com website was created except the costs keep going up!

You only need to ask yourself one simple question: “Are you willing to pay for “impressions” from generalized searches that never actually “viewed” your listings?” If so, keep writing those checks!
